Features of the Swico hermetic sliding door
High airtightness
- Thanks to the four-sided gasket system and the special design of the rail system, the door can be lowered and pressed against the wall when closed.
- This solution minimizes the infiltration of bacteria, dust, and foreign gases, making it ideal for the strict requirements of hospital operating room doors.
Frame and door system
- The standard frame system is made of 50mm x 50mm powder-coated aluminum profile, fixed with bolts to the wall. The two vertical profiles are equipped with gaskets made of EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) synthetic rubber with high elasticity and durability in all operating environments.
- The 41mm thick door is made of 304 stainless steel or powder-coated steel with a honeycomb core that is good at soundproofing and heat insulation. The door is fitted with four-sided gaskets made of DPDM synthetic rubber. The double-sided glass panel with a standard size of 300mm x 500mm has a thickness of 6mm. In addition, the glass door can also be used in some cases such as intensive care units (ICU).
Flexible and safe operation
- Manual door opening in case of power failure: In case of power failure, the door can be easily opened by hand thanks to the door handle with a variety of designs.
- Non-contact door opening switch: Foot switch or non-contact infrared switch helps prevent infection

- Brushless DC motor with a power consumption of 60W for high efficiency and durability. The helical gear drive system ensures the door opens and closes quickly, operates stably and smoothly even for heavy doors.
- Smart controller applies microprocessor technology integrated with LCD screen clearly and fully displays setting information and operating status of the door.
