Park 9, one of the residential towers in the Park Hill Premium subdivision of Vinhomes Times City, has completed the installation of the NABCO automatic door system at the lobby and internal circulation points of the building. The package was implemented by Sonha Auto using automatic sliding doors connected to the fire protection system and smart access control, meeting requirements for traffic flow, operational safety, and technical standards of a high-end residential building.<\/em><\/p>\n

Park 9 was developed to high-end living standards with a synchronized Smart Home system and low apartment density, creating a private and well-ventilated living environment. The building offers views toward the central lake, Vinschool, and Vinmec Hospital, while maintaining stable daily traffic at the lobby and entrance areas.<\/p>\n

Given the operational characteristics of a high-end residential building, the technical infrastructure at the lobby area is synchronously invested, in which automatic door solutions play an important role in ensuring convenient circulation, access control, and safety for residents.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

      Following Park 7<\/a>, Park 11, and T9 Times City projects, Sonha Auto continues to be selected to implement the NABCO automatic door system at Park 9. The synchronization of automatic door solutions across multiple residential towers within the same urban area helps ensure consistency in technical standards, operation, and safety.<\/p>\n

      At Park 9 Times City, Sonha Auto installed the NABCO automatic glass door system at the main lobby and circulation zones in the building, forming a modern entrance solution aligned with the operational standards of a high-end residential complex.<\/p>\n

      The automatic door system not only serves as a passageway but also becomes part of the building\u2019s operational infrastructure, ensuring convenient daily movement for residents while meeting security control and emergency escape requirements when necessary.<\/p>\n
