The project is positioned as a high-end office development, fully meeting stringent requirements in terms of operation, amenities, and corporate image for both domestic and international enterprises.<\/p>\n<p>Cornerstone Building is developed with a scale of 14 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels, providing a total gross floor area of up to 48,494 m\u00b2. Each floor offers an area of nearly 2,030 m\u00b2, featuring a square and functional layout that allows flexible subdivision into up to 16 independent leasing units, meeting diverse business needs ranging from 115 m\u00b2 to more than 1,800 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p>Architecturally, the building adopts a semi-classical style inspired by French architecture, refined with modern design elements to create a sophisticated yet understated appearance.
