Park 5 is one of the residential towers in the Park Hill subdivision of Vinhomes Times City. The building features 35 above-ground floors, two basement levels, and 714 apartments. To accommodate a large residential population and heavy pedestrian traffic in the main lobby, the developer selected a highly durable automatic door system capable of continuous operation while enhancing user convenience and improving overall building management efficiency.

For this project, Sonha Auto completed the installation of three NABCO GT-1175 Break Out folding sliding doors at Park 5, using a complete set of genuine NABCO equipment imported from Japan.
The entire system includes the operator, controller, guide rail, sensors, and genuine mechanical accessories, ensuring full component compatibility, stable performance, and long-term operational reliability.
The door systems comply with internationally recognized quality and safety standards, including:
- EN 16005: European safety standard for automatic pedestrian doors.
- JIS A 4722: Japanese Industrial Standard covering quality, durability, and safety requirements for automatic doors.
- TUV Certification: Verifies that the products meet stringent international standards for quality, safety, and reliability.
Break Out function expands the entrance opening
All three door systems are equipped with the Break Out function, allowing both the sliding door panels and fixed sidelight panels to swing outward by 90 degrees with a simple push. This feature maximizes the clear opening whenever a wider passage is required.
In addition to meeting residents’ daily access needs, the Break Out function provides significant advantages during emergency evacuations or when transporting oversized furniture, equipment, and goods. This capability makes the system an ideal entrance solution for premium residential buildings where safety, convenience, and operational efficiency are equally important.

In addition, the two entrance systems at Zone A and Zone B are integrated with facial recognition readers, providing secure access control while maintaining convenient entry for residents and the building management team.
