Park 9, one of the residential towers in the Park Hill Premium subdivision of Vinhomes Times City, has completed the installation of the NABCO automatic door system at the lobby and internal circulation points of the building. The package was implemented by Sonha Auto using automatic sliding doors connected to the fire protection system and smart access control, meeting requirements for traffic flow, operational safety, and technical standards of a high-end residential building.

Park 9 was developed to high-end living standards with a synchronized Smart Home system and low apartment density, creating a private and well-ventilated living environment. The building offers views toward the central lake, Vinschool, and Vinmec Hospital, while maintaining stable daily traffic at the lobby and entrance areas.
Given the operational characteristics of a high-end residential building, the technical infrastructure at the lobby area is synchronously invested, in which automatic door solutions play an important role in ensuring convenient circulation, access control, and safety for residents.
Deployment of NABCO automatic doors at Park 9 Vinhomes Times City
Following Park 7, Park 11, and T9 Times City projects, Sonha Auto continues to be selected to implement the NABCO automatic door system at Park 9. The synchronization of automatic door solutions across multiple residential towers within the same urban area helps ensure consistency in technical standards, operation, and safety.
At Park 9 Times City, Sonha Auto installed the NABCO automatic glass door system at the main lobby and circulation zones in the building, forming a modern entrance solution aligned with the operational standards of a high-end residential complex.
The automatic door system not only serves as a passageway but also becomes part of the building’s operational infrastructure, ensuring convenient daily movement for residents while meeting security control and emergency escape requirements when necessary.
NABCO V150 EOS automatic sliding doors at the main lobby
At the Park 9 lobby, Sonha Auto installed four sets of NABCO V150 EOS automatic sliding doors – a model widely used in buildings with high pedestrian traffic such as high-end apartments, hospitals, shopping centers, and office buildings.
The door system is directly connected to the building’s fire protection system. When an emergency signal occurs, the doors maintain the open position to ensure the emergency exit remains unobstructed, even during power outages. This solution meets safety requirements in real-world high-rise building operations.
The doors are also equipped with NABCO NSW-A01 sensors, enabling accurate detection of people intending to pass through and minimizing unnecessary opening and closing cycles. As a result, the doors operate stably, reduce mechanical wear, and are well suited for high-traffic environments such as residential lobbies.
The combination of automatic sliding doors, motion sensors, and fire protection system integration allows the lobby door system at Park 9 to simultaneously meet criteria for convenience, safety, and long-term operational durability.
Automatic door solution integrated with access control
In addition to the main lobby, Sonha Auto installed two NABCO automatic door systems at Zone A and Zone B, integrated with facial recognition access control.
