Synchronized replacement of 02 door systems at PVI Tower
Following a site survey at PVI Tower, Sonha Auto determined that the 02 existing automatic door systems needed to be replaced after a long period of use to better meet the requirements of the entrance area.
Based on the actual conditions of the building, Sonha Auto replaced the existing systems with 02 NABCO V-150SL-HM automatic sliding door systems imported from Japan. The NABCO automatic sliding doors at PVI Tower were selected to meet the requirements for frequent operation at the entrance, while ensuring consistency in equipment and operating methods after both door systems were replaced simultaneously.
NABCO V-150SL-HM – A compact design for building entrances
The V-150SL-HM belongs to NABCO’s heavy-duty automatic sliding door series, developed for entrances of large buildings and facilities requiring frequent operation. This is also the equipment selected by Sonha Auto for the NABCO automatic sliding doors at PVI Tower, in accordance with the requirements of the entrance area.
A notable feature of this version is its operator housing, which is approximately 100 mm high and slimmer than the standard version, which is approximately 150 mm high. The compact design reduces the height of the door header, creating a minimalist overall appearance that complements the modern architectural space of the office building.
In addition to its design, the V-150SL-HM incorporates several solutions that support operation and maintenance:
- CAN communication: supports signal exchange between devices within the system, contributing to synchronized operation.
- Urethane rollers combined with aluminum rails reinforced with stainless steel: Increase load-bearing capacity, reduce friction and noise, and extend equipment service life under continuous opening and closing.
- Bluetooth-connected PDA: allows technicians to check and retrieve door operating information and operation history without opening the operator housing cover, making inspection and maintenance more convenient.
Survey and replacement based on actual building conditions
