The entire development sits on a land area of nearly 9,000 square meters, featuring 24 above-ground floors and 3 spacious basement levels, with an impressive parking capacity of up to 1,000 cars and 3,000 motorbikes.

• Telescopic sliding doors for each floor’s commercial entrance: Across six levels of retail and service space, the investor required a maximum clear opening of up to 4.5 meters to ensure spacious, convenient access. NABCO’s telescopic sliding doors powered by the DSN150 operator proved to be the most efficient and cost-effective solution—maximizing opening space while ensuring smooth operation in high-density areas.
