Overview of the Lotte Mall Tay Ho Project

Located at 272 Vo Chi Cong Street, Tay Ho District, Hanoi, Lotte Mall Tay Ho is one of Vietnam’s largest and most modern commercial-service-hotel-entertainment complexes. With a total investment of up to USD 600 million, the project broke ground in 2020 and officially opened on September 22, 2023. This is Lotte Group’s largest project in Vietnam, marking a significant milestone in the retail and high-end real estate sectors.

Lotte Mall Tay Ho has a total floor area of 354,000 m², with 222,000 m² dedicated to the shopping mall. The project comprises 5 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels, integrating multiple functions: the 5-star L7 Hotel with 264 rooms, 192 serviced apartments, and 21 floors of Grade A office space. The space was designed by renowned architect Gordon Benoy, featuring transparent glass ceilings, open spaces that maximize natural light, and green design principles aligned with ESG standards.

Lotte Mall Tay Ho offers a wide range of premium amenities, including the 9,000 m² Lotte World Aquarium, home to over 31,000 marine creatures; Lotte Cinema with 9 modern screening rooms; a diverse food court; and a 4,300 m² green space. The mall also features a collection of prestigious international brands.

All installations were carried out with precision, ensuring system uniformity, stable operation, and high safety standards—while maintaining the overall aesthetic appeal of the space.

Among the highlights is the NABCO automatic revolving door system—an advanced solution from Japan known for its smooth operation, modern design, energy efficiency, and integrated safety sensors. This type of door is especially well-suited for high-traffic areas, helping to optimize space, minimize energy loss, and provide a convenient, seamless experience for users.
