Sun Tropical Village Phu Quoc is located at the heart of the Bai Kem resort complex, within the paradise island of Phu Quoc—ranked among the world’s top 15 retirement islands and adjacent to Bai Kem, one of the 50 most beautiful beaches on the planet. Designed in Indochine architectural style, the Ballroom artfully blends the nostalgic charm of Eastern traditions with the romantic, modern elegance of French architecture, making it ideal for hosting large-scale events. As a premium event venue, the Ballroom imposes strict technical requirements on construction elements, safety standards, aesthetics, and especially the fire protection system, ensuring absolute safety for all operations.

As a reputable provider and installer of automatic doors and smoke exhaust window systems, Sonha Auto was entrusted by the investor to implement the automatic smoke vent door solution for the Ballroom at Sun Tropical Village – Phu Quoc.

A total of 79 automatic swing-type smoke vent motors were installed at key emergency exit points throughout the Ballroom. This system is designed for automatic operation, featuring a responsive open/close mechanism in the event of fire, and is fully integrated with the building’s centralized fire alarm system.
