The expanded headquarters of the Ministry of Finance on Phan Huy Chu Street is one of the country’s most important administrative projects, strategically located in the heart of Hanoi. This new facility was developed to accommodate approximately 700 officials and staff members from the finance sector.

Covering a land area of 4,202m² and with a total investment of VND 501.782 billion, the headquarters comprises a main building with 2 basement levels and 8 floors above ground. Designed with a focus on modernity and functionality, the new building meets the demands of a high-level government agency. In addition to serving as a workspace for Ministry leaders and personnel, it also hosts key events and activities related to national financial and macroeconomic policy. Within such an administrative environment—especially at a central government institution like the Ministry of Finance—strict requirements are set for technical systems, modern amenities, security, and a dignified atmosphere.
