Project Overview – The National Assembly Office Building

The National Assembly Office Building, located in the political center of Ba Dinh District, Hanoi, is a symbolic national landmark and the venue for the country’s most important legislative activities. With a total investment of over VND 5,500 billion, the project commenced in October 2009 and officially came into operation in October 2014. Standing 39 meters tall, the building comprises 2 basement levels and 5 above-ground floors, covering a total area of 60,000 square meters. It features more than 80 meeting rooms of various sizes, with the main chamber centrally located and circular in design able to accommodate up to 600 delegates. Its distinctive architecture seamlessly blends traditional Vietnamese elements with modern aesthetics, reflecting not only the nation’s seat of power but also a cultural destination that inspires national pride. As the central headquarters of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam’s legislative body, the building demands the highest standards of security, cutting-edge technology, and refined design.
