Overview of Pandora Production Vietnam Factory Scale

In May 2024, the Pandora Production Vietnam factory project officially commenced construction at Vietnam – Singapore Industrial Park III (VSIP III), Hoi Nghia Ward, Tan Uyen City, Binh Duong Province. This is one of the large-scale investment projects of the global jewelry brand Pandora in Southeast Asia, with a total investment capital of over 150 million USD (approximately 3,750 billion VND). The project is oriented to become a modern manufacturing hub, applying advanced technology and meeting international operational standards.

In particular, the Pandora factory is developed according to the LEED Gold green building standard – an international certification for environmentally friendly buildings, fully using 100% renewable energy. This demonstrates a strong commitment to sustainable development along with very high requirements for infrastructure quality and technical systems throughout the project.

In large-scale projects such as the Pandora Production Vietnam factory, the automatic door system is not only used for simple opening and closing operations, but also plays an important role in the overall operational solution, helping control circulation flow, enhance security, and optimize user experience throughout the facility.

Accompanying this project, Sonha Auto has deployed a NABCO automatic door solution integrated with a modern access control system, meeting high requirements for stability, continuous operation capability, and security in an international-standard factory environment. This is also an entrance solution optimized according to actual operational needs and modern management standards of the facility.

The installed door system includes:

NABCO V-150TL Telescopic sliding door

At main lobby areas requiring high traffic flow and optimized open space, Sonha Auto installed one set of NABCO V-150TL Telescopic sliding door

This door model is designed with a folding sliding mechanism, allowing the opening width to increase by approximately 1.3 times compared to conventional sliding doors with the same structural opening size. This helps expand passage space while still ensuring stable operation and saving installation space. With durable performance and smooth opening/closing operation, NABCO V-150TL is suitable for factory environments with high-frequency usage and continuous operation requirements.

In addition, two sets of NABCO V-150SL automatic sliding doors were installed for office areas and internal circulation routes within the factory.

NABCO V-150SL is a heavy-duty automatic door line designed to meet stable operation requirements with high usage frequency in modern industrial and production environments. With its modern design and smooth operation capability, NABCO V-150SL helps optimize circulation flow, provides a convenient user experience, and contributes to a professional workspace consistent with the overall architecture of the Pandora Production Vietnam factory.

Integrated Access Control System

To enhance security and operational control, the door system is synchronized with modern access control devices, including:

• The fingerprint and RFID card reader helps manage access permissions and records personnel entry/exit history.
• Multifunction switch APS-A10: Supports automatic locking or automatic unlocking when power failure occurs, improving safety and flexibility in real operational scenarios.
• SKD-T10 electric lock: Allows multiple operation modes including Automatic, Hold Open, One-way, Manual, and Night (Lock). This enables users to easily adjust operating modes according to different time periods and actual usage needs of the factory.
