Project Overview – VinES Battery Manufacturing Plant

Located at Lots CN4-CN5, Vung Ang Economic Zone, Ha Tinh Province, the VinES Battery Manufacturing Plant is one of Vingroup’s key strategic projects. As a large-scale facility equipped with cutting-edge technology, the plant specializes in producing batteries for electric vehicles and industrial applications, playing a vital role in Vietnam’s sustainable energy development strategy. More than just a modern production facility, the project marks a strategic step forward in integrating Vietnam into the global battery supply chain.

The VinES plant sets strict technical requirements to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient manufacturing environment. Production zones must be rigorously controlled in terms of dust, temperature, humidity, and security. As such, all entry systems must meet high standards of airtightness, durability, and reliable operation under harsh industrial conditions.

Sonha Auto Installs NABCO Automatic Doors at VinES Battery Manufacturing Plant

To meet the complex and stringent requirements of the VinES Battery Manufacturing Plant, Sonha Auto was entrusted as the official partner to supply and install the automatic door system. The installation includes three NABCO Natrus V150SL-F automatic sliding doors from Japan, deployed at key operational areas within the plant. This choice reflects NABCO’s global reputation for advanced technology, outstanding durability, and compliance with the rigorous standards required in battery production environments. The doors were strategically installed in critical zones to ensure efficient operation and full alignment with the plant’s demanding technical specifications. The project was completed in July 2024, marking a significant milestone in the modernization and upgrading of industrial infrastructure.
