INSTALLATION OF NABCO AUTOMATIC DOOR SYSTEM AT PARK 9 VINHOMES TIMES CITY

Project overview – Park 9, Vinhomes Times City urban area

Park 9 is one of four residential towers in Phase 3 of Park Hill Premium – Vinhomes Times City, positioned as a high-end apartment development featuring a synchronized Smart Home system in every unit. It is also the tower with the lowest residential density in Park Hill Premium, with only 16 apartments per floor, approximately 50% of which are corner units, providing a more open and private living environment for residents.

Park 9 enjoys one of the most desirable views within Vinhomes Times City. North-facing apartments overlook the central lake, Vinschool, and Vinmec International Hospital. With the operational standards of a high-end residential building and a stable resident population, the building’s technical infrastructure, including entrance doors and access-control zones must simultaneously ensure smooth circulation, emergency egress safety, and access control.

At Park 9 Times City, Sonha Auto was selected to deploy the NABCO automatic glass door system at the main lobby and internal access-control zones, forming a modern entrance solution for residential buildings that aligns with high-end apartment operational standards. The system utilizes four sets of NABCO V150 EOS automatic sliding doors directly connected to the building’s fire protection system. When an emergency signal is triggered, the doors remain open, ensuring evacuation routes stay accessible even during power loss.

The door systems are equipped with NABCO NSW-A01 motion sensors, enabling accurate detection of people intending to pass through and minimizing unnecessary door operation. As a result, the automatic door system operates safely and reliably in high-traffic environments such as residential lobbies.

In addition to the main lobby area, Sonha Auto also installed two automatic door systems at Zone A and Zone B, integrated with facial-recognition access control. This contributes to a comprehensive entrance solution for high-end residential buildings, enabling clear traffic flow separation, enhanced security, and convenient daily access for residents.
