Overview of The Manor Tower Lao Cai project

The Manor Tower Lao Cai, a landmark project developed by Bitexco Group, is strategically located in the heart of Lao Cai City. With its prime location and excellent connectivity, the tower is positioned to become the leading high-rise mixed-use development in the Northwest region, symbolizing a new level of sophistication for the city. The project comprises 1 basement and 25 above-ground floors, with a total floor area of up to 80,000m². The building’s distinctive architecture is inspired by the majestic terraced fields of Vietnam’s mountainous Northwest region, with layered structures elegantly rising into the sky. The Manor Tower Lao Cai offers a wide range of amenities designed to meet the residential and recreational needs of its occupants, including a Sky Park, swimming pool, gym, spa, children’s playground, BBQ area, restaurants, and a Sky Bar. Sonha Auto – NABCO V-150SL-S automatic door system for The Manor Tower Lao Cai

At this project, Sonha Auto installed two NABCO V-150SL-S automatic sliding door systems (full-option version). NABCO, a leading Japanese brand, is renowned for its exceptional durability, advanced sensor technology, and smooth operation—perfectly aligned with the luxury standards of The Manor Tower. The system is equipped with the APS-A10 function switch and a secure electric lock, offering maximum convenience and security.

The APS-A10 function switch features multiple operating modes for flexible use:

• Full open: Doors fully open to maximize traffic flow.
• Partial open: Doors open partially, ideal for low-traffic periods or temperature control.
• Automatic: Fully automatic operation based on motion detection.
• One-way lock: Allows one-way access, enhancing building security.
• Night lock: Provides complete security when the building is closed.
