Overview of the Hanoi Aqua Center project

Hanoi Aqua Center is a modern multifunctional complex located in a prime location in the heart of the capital, offering a high-class space for living, working, and commerce. With a total area of 6,650m², the project is planned to include one hotel tower and one 21-story residential-commercial tower with three basement levels. As a large-scale development integrating premium amenities, it is poised to become a new landmark in Hanoi.

Specifically, the residential tower at 44 Yen Phu – Hanoi Aqua Central – consists of 238 luxury apartments and penthouses. The units are elegantly designed with 3 to 4 bedrooms, offering a variety of sizes ranging from 117 to 146 m², meeting all demands for a comfortable and spacious living environment. Additionally, the complex features a professional office area and a vibrant shopping mall with diverse retail, dining, and entertainment services, attracting a large number of visitors.

At the building’s main entrance, a modern KBB automatic revolving door system has been installed to offer both convenience and a premium impression for visitors.

The product chosen for this project is the KBB automatic revolving door model KA023 (3 wings) – one of KBB’s outstanding products with many advanced features, ensuring stable performance and user safety:

• Smart Siemens controller: KBB uses Siemens inverters and PLC programming to control the door’s operating speed and ensure superior safety and intelligence.
• Safety sensors: Anti-trap sensors are installed close to the door frame edges. When detecting people or obstacles nearby, the door automatically stops at a distance of 500mm from the frame (adjustable).
• Key switch: Allows switching among three operating modes: night lock, continuous automatic rotation, and stop when no one passes, helping to reduce power consumption.
• Fire alarm integration: The door is integrated with the building’s fire alarm system and will automatically switch to emergency open mode when a fire signal is received.
• Disabled access button: Controls the door’s rotation speed and slows it down to ensure safety for elderly, children, and disabled persons when passing through.
• Emergency stop button: Enables the door to be stopped in any situation to ensure the safety of users in case of emergencies.
