Imperia Garden, located at 203 Nguyen Huy Tuong Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi, is a prominent luxury apartment and integrated residential complex developed by HBI Joint Stock Company. Spanning 4.2 hectares, the project features four high-rise towers ranging from 27 to 35 floors, offering over 1,600 apartments and a comprehensive system of 68 modern internal amenities including a swimming pool, shopping mall, children’s playground, and green park areas. Positioned in the high-end condominium segment, Imperia Garden offers not only a luxurious living space but also ensures maximum comfort and security for its residents. Sonha Auto Implements Automatic Door System at Imperia Garden

Initially, Imperia Garden Nguyen Huy Tuong was equipped with four manual hydraulic swing doors at the entrances of towers A, B, C, and D. However, recognizing the superior convenience and functionality of automatic doors, the developer – HBI – decided to replace all of them with four NABCO DS150 automatic sliding doors imported from Japan. Recognized as one of the world’s leading automatic door models, the NABCO DS150 offers smooth and quiet operation, safety, and energy efficiency perfectly suited for a premium residential complex like Imperia Garden.

To optimize costs for the investor, Sonha Auto’s technical team conducted a detailed site survey and proposed a smart replacement plan: retain the existing glass wall system while installing the four NABCO DS150 doors. This solution not only preserved the overall aesthetic but also maximized cost-efficiency and maintained architectural harmony with the main lobby.
