The project was developed and invested in by AEON Group of Japan on a site of approximately 46,800 m², with a total floor area of up to 114,000 m² and approximately 60,000 m² of commercial leasable space.

As an integrated destination offering a full range of services from shopping and dining to entertainment and recreation, AEON MALL Binh Tan brings together approximately 160 major local and international brands. To accommodate customer transportation needs, the facility features a large parking system with a capacity of approximately 1,500 cars and 4,000 motorcycles.

With its characteristic of remaining open to serve customers throughout the year, AEON MALL Binh Tan is a shopping mall with significant commercial appeal in Ho Chi Minh City. According to statistics, the mall is estimated to welcome an average of 50,000 to 70,000 visitors on weekends and public holidays.
