Overview of Park 9 Vinhomes Times City project scale
Park 9 is one of four apartment towers in Phase 3 of Park Hill Premium – Vinhomes Times City, developed to high-end subdivision standards with low residential density and a private living environment. The tower has a density of only about 16 apartments per floor, of which approximately 50% are corner units, helping to optimize natural lighting and ventilation.
Located in a prime position within the overall urban area, Park 9 offers expansive views overlooking the central lake, as well as major amenities such as Vinschool and Vinmec hospital. With its synchronized scale and design focused on living experience, it is one of the prominent towers in Park Hill Premium, aligned with Vinhomes Times City’s development orientation for a high-end residential complex.

Synchronized NABCO automatic door solution for Park 9 Vinhomes Times City residential area
At Park 9 Times City, Sonha Auto deploys a NABCO automatic door system at the main lobby and internal circulation points within the building, contributing to a fully synchronized entrance solution for this high-end residential complex. The system is designed to simultaneously meet requirements for resident traffic flow, security control, and operational safety in a high-traffic environment.
The solution at Park 9 uses NABCO automatic sliding doors combined with smart sensors, access control systems, and fire alarm (PCCC) integration to ensure stable real-world operation.
NABCO V-150 EOS automatic sliding door system for the main lobby
At the main lobby area, Sonha Auto installs 04 sets of NABCO V-150 EOS automatic sliding doors for the building’s main entrances. This is an automatic door model designed for high-traffic facilities such as luxury apartments, shopping malls, and office buildings.
The system operates on an automatic sliding mechanism with stable opening and closing performance, smooth movement, and suitability for continuous daily pedestrian flow. The door design maintains openness and ventilation in the lobby area while ensuring consistency with the modern architectural style of the building.

Integrated NABCO NSW-A01 sensor for improved door accuracy
The door systems at Park 9 are equipped with the NABCO NSW-A01 sensor to optimize real-world performance in a lobby area with frequent pedestrian traffic. The sensor is capable of detecting the user’s movement direction, activating door opening only when actual passage is required, reducing unnecessary activation when people pass by or stand near the sensing zone. As a result, the system operates more stably, reduces unnecessary opening/closing cycles, minimizes HVAC energy loss, and extends the service life of the entire automatic door system.
The NABCO NSW-A01 sensor helps the automatic door accurately detect people passing through
Fire alarm system integration ensuring safe evacuation routes
An important aspect of the Park 9 solution is that the door system is directly connected to the building’s fire alarm (PCCC) system.
When an alarm signal is triggered, the doors automatically switch to an open state to ensure unobstructed evacuation routes, supporting residents in safely evacuating during emergency situations. The system also maintains essential operational capability even during power outages, contributing to enhanced safety for the entire lobby area.
Synchronization between automatic doors and the fire protection system is a particularly critical factor for high-rise residential buildings with large user volumes such as Park 9 Times City.
Access control integration for Zone A and Zone B
In addition to the main lobby area, Sonha Auto also installs two additional automatic door sets in Zone A and Zone B inside the building.
The door system is integrated with a facial recognition access control system to enhance resident management and regulate circulation between different areas. This solution improves building security while still ensuring convenience and seamless daily movement.
The combination of automatic doors and access control systems also contributes to a fully intelligent entrance solution for modern residential complexes.
Intelligent access control system for Park 9 high-end apartments
The integration of NABCO automatic sliding doors, NSW-A01 sensors, fire alarm connectivity, and access control systems demonstrates that automatic doors today are no longer just passageway components, but an essential part of modern residential operation solutions.
Continuing projects such as Park 7, Park 11, and T9 Times City, Sonha Auto further deploys the NABCO automatic door system at Park 9 to complete a synchronized entrance solution for high-rise residential buildings, meeting requirements for traffic flow, security, and emergency evacuation safety.
Through this project, Sonha Auto continues to affirm its capability in deploying automatic door solutions for luxury apartments with stable performance, technical synchronization, and suitability for real-world construction requirements.
