INSTALLATION OF NABCO AUTOMATIC DOOR SYSTEM AT THANH CONG VIET HUNG AUTOMOBILE FACTORY

Project overview – Thanh Cong Viet Hung Automobile Factory, Viet Hung Industrial Park

Thanh Cong Viet Hung Automobile Factory (TCVH), a key project of TC Group, is located in Viet Hung Industrial Park, Quang Ninh (Ha Long City) – a major industrial hub in northern Vietnam. Covering a total area of 340 hectares, including 36.49 hectares dedicated to the factory itself, the site serves as a modern automobile manufacturing and assembly facility. It includes workshops, office areas, quality inspection zones, and advanced production lines. As TC Group’s fourth factory, the project focuses on assembling Skoda-brand vehicles under a strategic partnership with the leading Czech automaker—further solidifying TC Group’s capabilities and development vision in the automotive industry.

The factory is developed to meet international production standards, aiming to enhance domestic automobile manufacturing capacity and contribute to the growth of Vietnam’s auto industry. In such a large-scale factory environment—characterized by constant movement of personnel, equipment, and goods—a reliable, durable, and safe automatic door system is essential. It helps optimize operational workflows, enhance security, and ensure workplace safety.

With extensive experience and expertise in delivering automatic door solutions for large-scale industrial facilities, Sonha Auto was honored to be selected as the supplier and installer of the automatic door system for the Thanh Cong Viet Hung Automobile Factory. • 1 NABCO V-150SL sliding door: This model is specifically designed for high-traffic areas, supporting a load of up to 120 kg x 2 panels. It operates smoothly, quickly, and efficiently—ideal for main entrances or zones requiring controlled access.
• 7 NABCO GT8400 swing doors: A modern automatic swing door solution, the GT8400 is engineered for industrial environments. It offers fast, powerful, and reliable performance, making it perfect for main access points or workshop areas that demand high durability and convenience.
