Sonha Auto completes the installation of 03 sets of NABCO Break Out folding sliding doors at Park 5

Continuing a series of projects at Times City, Sonha Auto has completed the installation of 03 sets of NABCO GT-1175 Break Out folding sliding doors, providing an entrance solution for modern apartment buildings that simultaneously meets requirements for traffic flow, safety, and access control.

All three door systems are fully imported as a synchronized package from NABCO Japan, including the motor, controller, guide rail, sensors, and mechanical accessories. Using a synchronized system ensures high compatibility, precise operation, and stable performance throughout the entire operation period.

In particular, the entire door system meets strict international standards and certifications, including:

• EN 16005 – European standard for safety of automatic doors.
• JIS A 4722 – Japanese Industrial Standard for quality, durability, and safety.
• TUV certification – confirms that the product meets strict requirements for quality, safety, and reliability before being put into use.

Break Out feature – maximizing passage width when needed

All 03 door systems at Park 5 Vinhomes Times City are integrated with the Break Out function, allowing the entire door leaves and fixed panels to be folded open 90° with a single push action. In addition to operating as a standard automatic sliding door, the Break Out function also maximizes the passage opening in emergency situations or when transporting large-sized goods, furniture, and equipment.

Integrated NABCO NSW-A01 sensor and facial recognition system

At the main lobby, the door system is equipped with the next-generation NABCO NSW-A01 sensor, which can detect movement direction and only activates door opening when a person intending to pass is detected. As a result, the door reduces unnecessary opening and closing cycles, minimizes energy loss, and improves overall system operation efficiency.

The two door systems in Zone A and Zone B are integrated with facial recognition readers, contributing to enhanced access control, improved security, while still ensuring convenience for residents and the management board.
