Under normal operating conditions, the door functions smoothly and stably in automatic sliding mode. When needed, the Breakout function allows the system to quickly switch into full open mode, improving circulation capacity and ensuring safety in high-traffic lobby areas such as luxury apartments, shopping malls, and hospitals.

Integrated NABCO NSW-A01 sensor for improved door accuracy

In addition to the Breakout function, the door system at Park 11 Vinhomes Times City is also equipped with the NABCO NSW-A01 image sensor, which can detect the direction and speed of user movement. As a result, the door only activates when actual passage is required, instead of responding to people passing by or standing near the sensing area.

With a detection range of up to 5m and a depth of 4m, the NABCO NSW-A01 sensor helps the system operate stably in crowded environments, reduces unnecessary opening/closing cycles, minimizes HVAC energy loss, and reduces mechanical wear during continuous operation.
