Project overview – Cornerstone Building

Located on Phan Chu Trinh Street, one of Hanoi’s central traffic arteries, Cornerstone Building is a Grade A office building invested in and developed by Daibiru Corporation (Japan). The project is positioned as a high-end office development, fully meeting stringent requirements in terms of operation, amenities, and corporate image for both domestic and international enterprises.

Cornerstone Building is developed with a scale of 14 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels, providing a total gross floor area of up to 48,494 m². Each floor offers an area of nearly 2,030 m², featuring a square and functional layout that allows flexible subdivision into up to 16 independent leasing units, meeting diverse business needs ranging from 115 m² to more than 1,800 m².

Architecturally, the building adopts a semi-classical style inspired by French architecture, refined with modern design elements to create a sophisticated yet understated appearance. This design aligns with the building’s dual operational objective, serving both as a bank headquarters and a Grade A office tower, while ensuring formality, professionalism, and strong brand recognition.

Notably, Cornerstone Building was awarded LEED Platinum certification for Operations and Maintenance – the highest rating by the U.S. Green Building Council in October 2025. It is also the first Grade A office building in Hanoi to apply a solar power system, demonstrating the investor’s strong commitment to sustainable development, energy efficiency, and long-term operational performance.
