BIDV Tower is located at a prime address — 194 Tran Quang Khai Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi. It serves as the headquarters of the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV), one of the largest and oldest banks in Vietnam, playing a vital role in the country’s financial system.

Built on a land area of 2,544 m², the tower comprises 25 above-ground floors, one mezzanine, and two basement levels, with a total floor area of approximately 35,000 m², including 23,800 m² of leasable office space. Designed and equipped to meet international Grade A office tower standards, BIDV Tower is one of the most prominent and large-scale office buildings in the region. Notably, it was the first project in Vietnam to receive the “Outstanding Engineering Design Safety Award” in 2010 from Singapore.
