With 25 above-ground floors and 3 basement levels, the building provides a total leasable area of 20,500 m², with typical floor plates ranging from 750 m² to 970 m², catering to a wide range of business needs from small enterprises to large corporations. The KBB automatic door system—imported from South Korea—delivers superior convenience, safety, and aesthetics, meeting the strict standards of a high-end commercial property.
