Developed by CMC Corporation, this Grade A office building features an impressive scale with 20 above-ground floors and 2 spacious basement levels, offering a floor area of 1,690 m² per floor. The two basement levels provide parking capacity for up to 110 cars and 340 motorbikes, ensuring maximum convenience for users.
