Capital Place is a large-scale, international Grade A office complex located at 29 Lieu Giai Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi. The project features two 37-storey towers with a total leasable area of nearly 93,000 m². Each floor offers a spacious, column-free layout of up to 1,200 m², providing maximum flexibility for interior planning and space utilization.

Developed by CapitaLand Group, Capital Place is the first office building in Hanoi to achieve LEED Gold certification. It is equipped with 32 high-speed elevators and an intelligent card-based destination control system that optimizes travel time within the building.
