Thanh Cong Tower, located on Dich Vong Hau Street, Cau Giay District, Hanoi, is a premium commercial building with a total floor area of 38,306 m², land area of 3,101m², and a construction density of 56%. The building includes 3 basement levels for parking, 2 elevated parking floors, 8 levels of parking in total, 1 auditorium floor, and 6 levels of high-end office space, providing a modern and well-equipped working environment. With an investment goal aimed at high operational standards, Thanh Cong Tower demands smart, secure, and aesthetically pleasing infrastructure. The automatic door system plays a key role in optimizing building operations, enhancing security, managing pedestrian flow effectively, and elevating the overall user experience in this modern commercial complex.

Sonha Auto Delivers NABCO Breakout Automatic Door – Optimized for Modern Office Buildings

At this project, Sonha Auto was honored to be selected as the contractor for the installation of NABCO automatic doors (Japan). The project features the NABCO GT-1175 model an advanced, high-end product imported from Japan well-known for its distinctive breakout function, which combines smooth automatic sliding with emergency swing-open capability. This model is specifically designed to meet the demands of modern commercial buildings, delivering exceptional convenience, safety, and aesthetic appeal. Key features of the NABCO Breakout automatic door include:

• Sliding + Emergency Breakout Function: Supports automatic sliding with a clear opening width of 2,000 mm, and allows manual panel folding in emergencies or when transporting bulky items—extending the maximum opening width up to 4,200 mm.
• Smart Sensors: Integrated with Optex infrared sensors from Japan, ensuring smooth and safe opening/closing while minimizing physical contact.
• Modern Design: Constructed with wide tempered glass panels and slim 304 stainless steel frames, the door offers a sleek and elegant look, perfectly suited for premium commercial environments.

At the main entrance of Thanh Cong Tower on Dich Vong Hau Street, Sonha Auto installed a NABCO GT-1175 automatic sliding door with overall dimensions of 4,510 mm wide by 2,600 mm high. This premium door allows a clear opening of 2,000 mm in standard sliding mode, and up to 4,200 mm when the breakout panels are manually folded during emergencies or for transporting bulky items. Complementing the entrance system, a glass vestibule was also constructed, measuring 5,000 mm in width, 2,500 mm in depth, and 3,000 mm in height. The structure uses laminated safety glass—11.52 mm thick for fixed panels, 17.52 mm for the exterior ceiling, and 13.52 mm for the interior ceiling—reinforced with I-beam steel frames and finished with 304-grade stainless steel connections to ensure both durability and visual harmony. In addition, two NABCO DSN-150 Breakout automatic doors were installed inside the vestibule, each equipped with 10 mm thick tempered glass panels framed in 304 stainless steel, offering a clear opening width of 2,000 mm. This comprehensive solution ensures safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal, enhancing the main lobby of the building in both form and function.
