Thai Binh Building (also known as Pacific Tower) is located at a prime address: 2A Dai Co Viet Street, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi – one of the city’s busiest central roads with convenient traffic and easy access to key areas of the capital. This modern office building, developed by Thai Binh Group, plays an important role in providing professional workspace for numerous businesses and organizations in the region.

The building features a modern design, comprising 11 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels. It is constructed on a total land area of 525m², with a building footprint of 389m². Designed to Grade B office standards, each floor offers approximately 380m², contributing to a total leasable area of over 4,000m². Notably, the office floors can be flexibly subdivided into various options – 170m², 240m², 300m² or leased as a full floor, providing versatile space solutions tailored to businesses of different sizes.

To improve the mobility experience for users—including employees, clients, and partners—and to optimize access control and operational efficiency, Thai Binh Building required the installation of a modern and effective automatic door system.
