Located at 36 Cat Linh Street, in the heart of Dong Da District—one of Hanoi’s key commercial corridors—Grand Terra is a premium office and commercial complex developed to modern Grade A standards. The building features 8 above-ground floors and 5 basement levels, offering a total usable area of approximately 17,800 m². Each floor spans up to 2,277 m², ideal for large enterprises seeking professional and flexible workspace.

Inspired by the terraced fields of Northwest Vietnam, Grand Terra’s design makes a striking architectural statement in the heart of Hanoi.
