The Marc 88 building is one of the representative Grade A office buildings in western Hanoi, located at 88 Tran Thai Tong Street—a strategic location with convenient connectivity to major transport corridors and key administrative and economic hubs. The building features an impressive scale with 27 above-ground floors and 4 basement levels, offering approximately 623 m² of floor area per level to flexibly accommodate a wide range of business models.
