Overview of the Saigon Tower project

Saigon Tower is located at No. 29 Le Duan Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, on a major central road in an area home to numerous Grade A office buildings and international diplomatic missions.

The building comprises 18 above-ground floors and 2 basement levels, with a total floor area of approximately 17,986 m². The floors feature spacious areas that can be flexibly arranged according to the needs of businesses.

Saigon Tower was developed as a Grade A office building, with infrastructure and amenities designed to support a professional working environment. The building features 4 high-speed elevators, a central air-conditioning system, backup generators, and a 24/7 security team. Notably, the building has achieved LEED Operations & Maintenance Platinum certification, the highest certification level in the LEED system for green building operations and maintenance.

As a Grade A office building in central Ho Chi Minh City, Saigon Tower has a high usage frequency, with a large number of employees, business partners, and international visitors entering and exiting the building every day. Therefore, the door system at the lobby area needs to meet requirements for durability, frequent operation, safety, and compatibility with the building’s architecture.

To meet these requirements, NABCO automatic doors – a Japanese brand were selected for the project. Sonha Auto is the supplier of genuine NABCO equipment and coordinated with Bao Phuc, Sonha Auto’s dealer in the southern region, to implement the project.

Bao Phuc directly carried out the site survey, construction, and completion of the installation. The coordination between the equipment supplier and installation contractor helped ensure that the solution was implemented in accordance with the actual site conditions and usage requirements of Saigon Tower.
